Bị chê 'ỏng eo', 50 Cent vẫn được đề cử Golden Joystick

Danh sách đề cử cho giải thưởng Golden Joystick Awards tại Vương quốc Anh đã được công bố sáng nay 3/8. Thương hiệu DS của Nintendo vẫn chiếm lĩnh được thế thượng phong khi có mặt trên hầu hết các "chiến trường". Lễ trao giải sẽ được tổ chức ngày 27/10 tại khách sạn Park Lane Hilton (London).

Resident Evil 4 lại có tên trong danh sách bình chọn game hay nhất của năm.

Như mọi năm, chiếc cần Joystick vàng sẽ được trao cho sản phẩm nào giành được nhiều "phiếu" bình chọn nhất qua mạng Internet. Những game lựa chọn phải được phát hành tại Anh từ 1/8/2005 đến hết ngày 31/7/2006.

Dù chỉ xuất hiện trên một nền chơi game duy nhất (DS), nhưng Animal Crossing: Wild World có được tới 7 đề cử ở các lĩnh vực khác nhau, bao gồm cả giải Game xuất sắc nhất 2006 (Ultimate Game of 2006). Nhưng Animal Crossing không phải là đại diện duy nhất của Nintendo "làm vương làm tướng" trong danh sách này. Cả Nintendogs (6 đề cử), Mario Kart DS (6) và Metroid Prime: Hunters (5) cũng rất được ưu ái.

Trong số những game được ra đời trên nhiều nền, gã đầu trọc Hitman: Blood Money được "nể sợ" khi đánh dấu "cái mã vạch sau gáy mình" trong 6 đề nghị trao giải khác nhau, Call of Duty 2 (7), 50 Cent: Bulletproof (5), Tomb Raider: Legend (6), và  The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (5). Trong số này, hiện The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion đang tạm thời dẫn đầu về số phiếu bình chọn cho game xuất sắc nhất.

Năm ngoái, đã có đến 200.000 game thủ đóng góp vào việc quyết định ngôi vị Golden Joystick, đem lại 5 giải cho Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Các game khác được tôn vinh là World of Warcraft, Halo 2 và Resident Evil 4.
